The Da Capo String Ensemble is a small, friendly group run by Chris Cherng, developing string technique and ensemble playing. We rehearse on Thursday evenings just before the main Da Capo rehearsal, starting around 6.45pm until 7.15pm. The repertoire is varied, from classic string orchestra music to more modern compositions. We perform as part of the end-of-term soirees.
